(1) 氨基酸与多肽分子的精准合成

1. 开发具有新颖骨架的手性催化剂,发展新的催化活化模式,实现氨基酸分子催化不对称合成。

2. 发展新型仿生催化反应体系,模拟酶催化反应,开发高效催化体系实现氨基酸及多肽分子的精准合成。

 



(2) 生物相容性反应地开发

生物分子往往具有非常复杂的结构,生命体内的反应往往是在水相和生理环境条件下发生反应。我们小组打算发展生物相容性反应,利用光催化的策略,发展可以适用于复杂多肽和蛋白质高选择性反应,可以得到非天然蛋白质类生物分子。
